Smoking is legal and a permitted activity in the units and in outdoor common areas. However, we ask Residents and their guests who choose to smoke to be courteous toward others. If you choose to smoke on your patio or balcony, please utilize an ashtray and do not dispose of the cigarette butts on the community grounds. Also, refrain from smoking near open windows. If Management receives complaints that the amount of smoke is excessive, or that unreasonable transference is coming either from your unit or an outdoor common area and into another Resident’s unit, this may be grounds for lease termination.
